  • A large two-story house with a beige exterior, red tile roof, and arched windows, featuring a balcony on the second floor and a paved driveway with a white convertible car parked underneath a carport. There are green bushes and trees in the front yard, with a cloudy sky in the background.

    Hacienda | Silverglades, Manesar

Hacienda by Chaukor Studio is envisioned as a residence that draws from the warmth and grounded character of traditional hacienda architecture, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Strong forms, textured surfaces, and shaded edges define the architecture, creating a sense of enclosure and comfort while remaining open to light and air.

  • Living room with wooden ceiling beams, large window with curtains, stone accent wall, and modern furniture, including sofas, chairs, and plants.

    Hacienda | Living Room

Villa Hacienda stands as a Mediterranean-inspired retreat in Gurugram—an estate where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle come together to create a warm, timeless sanctuary rooted in hospitality and heritage. Landscape plays a defining role in the project. Olive-toned plantations, flowering bougainvillea, gravel pathways, and shaded courtyards reinforce the Spanish character.

  • A cozy dining room with a rustic wooden ceiling, a chandelier, and a stone wall with a mounted landscape painting. The room has a large wooden dining table surrounded by upholstered chairs, a potted plant on the floor, and another near the table. A wooden door and an air conditioning unit are visible on the walls.

    Hacienda | Dining Room

The planning revolves around a central courtyard—an open-to-sky heart of the home that anchors circulation and encourages indoor–outdoor living. Arched colonnades frame this courtyard, creating shaded transitional spaces that blur boundaries between built form and landscape. Water features and tiled fountains enhance the sensory experience, introducing movement and sound into the otherwise tranquil setting.

  • Luxury mansion with grand entrance and landscaped garden with fountain

    Nilaya | Shekhawati, Rajasthan

Nilaya is defined by its strong symmetry, grand proportions, and a dignified entrance sequence marked by tall columns and layered massing. The façade conveys a sense of permanence and calm authority, while large openings ensure the interiors remain naturally lit and visually connected to the landscaped surroundings.

  • Interior of a modern dining room with a large table, four blue chairs, and a pink chair near a large window with a balcony. Decor includes plants, vases, and a chandelier.

    Nilaya | Formal Dining

Nilaya Mansion is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Shekhawati’s historic mansions, reimagined through a refined neo-classical architectural language. The design is anchored along a strong central axis, marked by a grand double-height portico supported by stately columns and framed in warm sandstone. The symmetrical façade establishes monumentality and order, evoking the dignified presence of traditional Rajasthani havelis while maintaining a clean and timeless aesthetic.

  • Elegant interior of a home featuring a grand staircase with marble steps, a luxurious chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and decorative plants near the base of the stairs.

    Nilaya | Central Staircase

Spatially, the residence is organized to reflect hierarchy and function. The ground floor houses a formal living lounge positioned toward the entrance, transitioning into more intimate family spaces overlooking landscaped gardens. Private suites on the upper floor provide autonomy to each family member, while terraces and balconies create transitional outdoor spaces suited to Rajasthan’s seasonal shifts.

  • A large, elegant mansion with a red-tiled roof, multiple balconies, and ornate metal gates, surrounded by trees and landscaped gardens, with a vintage car parked in front.

    Amulya | Hathras, UP

Amulya Mansion is conceived as a grand classical residence that establishes a commanding presence within its context in Hathras. The architecture is defined by symmetry, strong axial planning, and a stately façade composed of columns, cornices, and refined moldings. The entrance is designed as a formal arrival sequence, with a double-height portico that emphasizes scale and grandeur.

  • Elegant interior with marble staircase, chandelier, gallery wall, and sitting area with sofa and coffee tables.

    Amulya | Central Staircase

Internally, the planning responds to the needs of a joint family. A large double-height foyer acts as the heart of the home, visually connecting upper levels and creating a sense of openness despite the scale. Formal living and dining areas are positioned toward the front to accommodate guests and community gatherings, while private family lounges are tucked deeper within the layout for everyday interaction.

  • Modern interior hallway with a geometric wall panel, wooden cabinet, vases, and a gold chandelier.

    Amulya | Entrance Foyer

The material palette is rich and enduring—natural stone cladding, polished marble surfaces, and ornate metalwork contribute to the mansion’s regal character. Carefully proportioned balconies and decorative railings add rhythm to the façade, while layered lighting enhances architectural detailing during evening hours.
