Architecture begins with what we build, but it finds its true meaning in everything we cannot. The square, from which Chaukor derives its name, represents the built form—structure, intention and human craftsmanship. The open circle represents the unbuilt—the ever-changing forces of nature, time and life that continue to shape a place long after construction is complete.
Our work exists at the meeting point of these two worlds. We design with the belief that architecture should provide a framework for life rather than dictate it, allowing homes to evolve with their people, their landscape and the passage of time. It is within this quiet coexistence of the built and the unbuilt that we believe enduring architecture is born.

Founders
Chaukor was founded by Nilesh Bansal and Tejeshwi Bansal. They both have graduated from the prestigious design institution- School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi.
With more than decade of specialized experience, the core expertise and interest of the studio lies in the design of Private Residences & Farmhouses. Our architectural vision is rooted in the pursuit of timeless design. We aspire to craft buildings that transcend the fleeting trends of the moment, ensuring they stand as graceful and charismatic structures.
