    Nilaya Mansion is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Shekhawati’s historic mansions, reimagined through a refined neo-classical architectural language. The design is anchored along a strong central axis, marked by a grand double-height portico supported by stately columns and framed in warm sandstone. The symmetrical façade establishes monumentality and order, evoking the dignified presence of traditional Rajasthani havelis while maintaining a clean and timeless aesthetic.

    The façade is defined by horizontal planes, deep overhangs, and a layered roof profile that creates strong shadows and climatic protection. Vertical wooden battens soften the massing, adding rhythm and warmth against darker stone and metal elements.
