Coworking- A Global Phenomenon

Nature of work-spaces have evolved over the centuries; and coworking is the latest type. The concept of collaborative working started as a direct result of a financial recession. With lack of funds and resources, people had to coexist and work in shared office spaces.

With in-numerous opportunities to collaborate and network with other professionals and businesses, coworking spaces are essential for holistic development and growth!

New-Age Workspaces

Unlike conventional work spaces with linear grids of workstations and structured planning, QA Infotech coworking is a diverse mix of functional and recreational spaces. This diversity has been achieved through integrating collaborative zones within close proximity of working clusters.  Variety of collaborative zones have been integrated within the office to instigate interactions and networking opportunities. In addition, variety of enclosed and open working zones are planned to support individuals and organizations of various scales. This provides a need based flexibility to all organizations to increase or decrease their team size as and when required.

Collaboration - Common Areas at the Heart

Instead of planning collaborative zones completely isolated from the working areas, they have been integrated in close proximity to the working clusters. By placing these zones strategically, multiple centres are created in the office that are live and vibrant. To minimize distraction and disturbance to the immediate working areas, gradual difference in floor levels, half-heighted partitions and indoor planters have been used to segregate these interactive zones from functional areas.

Open Meeting Rooms

Discussion pods and open meeting spaces are integrated after regular intervals in the working zones. This ensures enough break out spaces for individuals to brain storm and network with fellow coworkers.

Interactive Zones

In addition to formal discussion pods and meeting spaces, plenty of multi-use interactive zones are integrated with workstations. These are designed to function as workstations as well as informal discussion tables.

Flexibility achieved through design has lead to multi-use and maximum utilization of work spaces.

Multi-Level Decks

Split level decks are designed to generate a variety of spaces. Creating difference in floor levels ensure multiple intimate spaces of solitude and common areas for collaborations. Spatial characteristics range from singular spaces for individuals to central common areas for larger gatherings and events.

Collaboration through Engagement

With the vision to create a collaborative work environment; user engagement and interaction become essential. In addition to planning and design of working zones, proper placement of cafeteria and recreational areas become fundamental in achieving the result holistically. A large central activity zone has been integrated with the dining space to provide vibrancy and dynamism.

With a varied combination of sit-outs, landscaped terraces, walkways and playing areas; the recreational zone of the QA Infotech coworking becomes the very reason for people to interact and engage. With thorough planning and design, extremely vibrant and user-centric collaborative environments can be generated!
