The scope of work for residences has included architectural design, structural design, landscape design along with creating the interior decor for the residences which includes product/furniture design. Chaukor Studio is a Residential design practice that aims to generate holistic habitats that depict the identity of the people inhabiting and strongly responding to the context.
Our office interior design philosophy is derived through thoughtful use of proportions, patterns and textures inspired from nature; and form the fundamental framework of design aesthetics. Additionally, in-depth attention is given to planning and detail to generate effective and holistic office environments foe people to work.

The Minaret house not only embodies the climatic principles but also the social patterns that the architectural heritage offered. As a reinterpretation of traditional social spaces, distinct character is provided to public and private zones of the house. This is done through strict planning and placement of functions, segregated circulation patterns and varied spatial volumes. Subtle impregnated design elements and planning patterns generate curiosity in the mind and lead to many unique experiences for the user.
Overpopulated cities don’t allow houses to have enough openness and views. The vault house has been designed to perceive certain views which the user may find relaxing. All major living spaces overlook green areas creating a continuous connect of the user to nature. Multiple vaults are created to capture the uninterrupted views of the sky and add an element of surprise in the residence. These framed insights are achieved through different volumes and levels in spaces.
Kasheer is a getaway mountain retreat in Uttrakhand. Construction of the residence is based on vernacular and traditional practices prevalent in the region. Design and Planning of the house is based in accordance with modern technology and present day functionality requirements.
